Avoid Payments to any Account other than Kenanga Investors’


Kenanga Investors wishes to remind the public that its authorised agents and/or employees are strictly prohibited from accepting investment payments on behalf of Kenanga Investors. This includes the acceptance of cash or cash deposits from investors.


All payments relating to investments must be made directly to Kenanga Investors’ designated bank account and not to the agent, employee or any individual’s personal account.


Upon successful opening of an investment account, investors will receive a Transaction Advice Slip or Confirmation Statement with instructions to access Kenanga Investors’ online investment portal, KenEasy. Here, they can view and verify the contents of their investment portfolio securely.


Kenanga Investors Group also wishes to remind investors to be more vigilant and to verify investment schemes through the following resources offered by the Securities Commission Malaysia at the SC’s website before investing:

  1. Investor Alert List (https://www.sc.com.my/regulation/enforcement/investor-alerts/sc-investor-alerts/investor-alert-list)
  2. List of entities/individuals licensed/registered with SC (https://www.sc.com.my/regulation/licensing/licensed-and-registered-persons)

Members of the public may also conduct online verification checks at the Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia (FIMM)'s website (https://www.fimm.com.my/search/) to verify whether individuals they are dealing with are registered with FIMM.
