Kenanga Investors has established an Investment Committee to assist, support, and implement the Board's responsibilities in discharging its statutory duties related to the respective funds' investment objectives. This includes overseeing the deeds and prospectuses of the funds, internal investment restrictions and policies, adherence to acceptable and effective practices within the investment management industry, compliance with guidelines and securities laws, and managing environmental, social, and governance ("ESG") risks of the funds established and managed by Kenanga Investors Group, while safeguarding the interests and investments of shareholder and investors.
