Kenanga Investors Berhad (“KIB”) today completed the acquisition of 100% equity stake in Libra Invest Berhad (“Libra Invest”), a fund management arm of ECM Libra Financial Group Berhad, in accordance with the conditional share purchase agreement dated 28 March 2019.
