We write to inform you about the issuance of the Fourth Supplemental Master Prospectus in relation to the following funds:

Kenanga Premier Fund, Kenanga Growth Fund, Kenanga Malaysian Inc Fund, Kenanga Asia Pacific Total Return Fund, Kenanga ASEAN Tactical Total Return Fund, Kenanga Global Islamic Fund, Kenanga Syariah Growth Fund, Kenanga Balanced Fund, Kenanga Islamic Balanced Fund, Kenanga Asia Pacific Income Fund, Kenanga Bond Fund, Kenanga Cash Plus Fund, Kenanga i-Enhanced Cash Fund, Kenanga Money Market Fund, Kenanga Islamic Money Market Fund, Kenanga Blue Chip Fund, Kenanga Growth Opportunities Fund, Kenanga Shariah Growth Opportunities Fund, Kenanga Ekuiti Islam Fund, Kenanga Managed Growth Fund, Kenanga Diversified Fund, Kenanga Income Plus Fund and Kenanga Bon Islam Fund (collectively, the “Funds”).

We have submitted an application to register the Fourth Supplemental Master Prospectus in relation to the Funds to the Securities Commission Malaysia (“SC”) on 31 May 2023 and the same has been registered by the SC on 24 July 2023.

The significant changes to the Funds will take effect on 15 September 2023 and would involve changes to the redemption proceeds pay-out period and the investment policy and strategy and/or the asset allocation of certain funds. Additional disclosures have also been made in the Fourth Supplemental Master Prospectus pertaining to the suspension of repurchase risk and small and medium capitalisation companies risk, as well as the inclusion of the liquidity risk management policy and the suspension of dealing in units. 

If you have invested in the Funds between 31 May 2023 to 15 September 2023, a copy of the Fourth Supplemental Master Prospectus is enclosed herewith for your reference. If you are of the view that the changes made in the Fourth Supplemental Master Prospectus would have affected your decision to invest in the Funds, you are entitled to withdraw your subscription application and your units will be redeemed at the original investment amount (inclusive of the sales charge, if any). 

Should you wish to withdraw your subscription application, please contact Kenanga Investor Services. You are required to submit the Notification Letter dated 26 October 2023 together with the Transaction Form by 15 November 2023. If we do not hear from you by that date, we will assume that you intend to remain invested in the Funds.
