Notification on Significant Changes Made in The Second Supplemental Master Prospectus ("Second SMP")

Dear Valued Investor,


We write to inform you of the significant changes made in the Second SMP in relation to the Kenanga Global Bond Fund (formerly known as Kenanga Global Dividend Fund) (“KGDF”) and Kenanga Global Opportunities Fund (“KGOPF”) (collectively, the “Funds”).


The significant changes to the Funds will take effect on 24 February 2025. In relation to KGBF, these changes include, amongst others, amendments to the following:

  1. Name of the fund, fund category/type, investment objective, investment strategy, asset allocation, permitted investments, performance benchmark, investors’ profile, investment restrictions and limits, following its reclassification from a feeder fund to a fixed income fund;
  2. Distribution policy of KGBF and to allow the KGBF to distribute out of capital;
  3. Existing risk disclosures and insertion of new risk disclosures which are distribution out of capital risk, settlement risk, and high yield fixed income instruments risk;
  4. Reduction of sales charge, redemption charge, and annual management fee;
  5. Bases for valuation and transaction information.

All information related to KGOPF has been removed following its termination on 2 December 2024. These changes will be reflected in the Second SMP, which was registered with the Securities Commission Malaysia on 16 January 2025, and will be available on our website from 24 February 2025 onwards.
