As one of the authors of the white paper “Project Juara: Malaysia’s Asset Tokenisation Opportunity”, Kenanga Investors was recently featured in The Edge Malaysia in the article, Riding the Tokenisation Wave. Executive Director and CEO Datuk Wira Ismitz Matthew De Alwis commented, “We are exploring tokenising our money market funds through some live case studies. It is a process that is still in its early stages. As we go along, we are in consultation with the regulators about the regulations surrounding tokenised assets”, illustrating the significance of tokenisation in revolutionising the capital markets in the near future.
