We recently detected suspicious activity within an application used for our wealth management services. While this application does not store financial data or account passwords, it does contain personally identifiable information (PII) such as mobile numbers and email addresses.
As soon as this was flagged in our monitoring reports, we took swift and decisive action to lock down the application in line with our commitment to the highest standards of data security and privacy.
To further safeguard our clients information, we have engaged leading cybersecurity specialists to monitor all online channels and ensure that no compromised data has been published or leaked. Initial analysis confirms there is no indication that any of our clients’ information has been misused.
We remain fully committed to strengthening our cybersecurity measures, in addition to our existing measures such as :
- Implementing advanced firewalls and intrusion detection systems
- Conducting regular vulnerability assessments; and
- Providing comprehensive employee training on cyber hygiene and best practices.
We encourage all clients to remain alert and exercise caution, especially if you receive suspicious calls, messages, or emails. If you encounter anything unusual, please report it to us immediately so we can take appropriate action.
