Background Information

Maybank Trustees Berhad (5004-P) is the trustee of the Fund with its registered office at 8th Floor, Menara Maybank, 100 Jalan Tun Perak, 50050 Kuala Lumpur. Maybank Trustees Berhad (“MTB”) was incorporated on 12 April 1963 and registered as a Trust Company under the Trust Companies Act 1949 on 11 November 1963. It was one of the first local trust companies to provide trustee services with the objective of meeting the financial needs of both individual and corporate clients. Maybank Trustees Berhad has acquired experience in the administration of unit trust funds/schemes since 1991.



CIMB ISLAMIC TRUSTEE BERHAD
Kenanga Investors Berhad has appointed CIMB Islamic Trustee Berhad to act as custodian of the Fund and to exercise all due diligence and vigilance in carrying out its functions and duties and to safeguard the rights and interests of the Unit Holders. Deutsche Trustees Malaysia Berhad was incorporated in Malaysia on 22 February 2007 and commenced business in May 2007. DTMB is registered as a trust company under the Trust Companies Act 1949, with its business address at Level 20, Menara IMC, 8 Jalan Sultan Ismail, 50250 Kuala Lumpur. Universal Trustee (Malaysia) Berhad (“UTMB”) is a company incorporated in Malaysia since 1974 and is registered as a trust company under the Trust Companies Act 1949, with its registered address at Lot 5, Level 10, Menara Great Eastern 2, No. 50, Jalan Ampang, 505450 Kuala Lumpur.
