Modification to the Deed of OnePRS Scheme (“Scheme”)


Dear Members,


We thank you for investing in the Scheme which consists of Kenanga OnePRS Conservative Fund, Kenanga OnePRS Moderate Fund, Kenanga OnePRS Growth Fund and Kenanga OnePRS Shariah Equity Fund (collectively referred to as “Funds”).


We are writing to inform you that we are amending the deed of the Funds dated 29 August 2013 (as modified by a first supplemental deed dated 2 October 2014, a second supplemental deed dated 16 February 2015 and a third supplemental deed dated 7 July 2020) (“Principal Deed”) via a fourth supplemental deed (“Fourth Supplemental Deed”).  


We will be submitting the Fourth Supplemental Deed to the Securities Commission Malaysia for registration. The amendments made to the Principal Deed are to align the Principal Deed with the recent changes to the Guidelines on Private Retirement Schemes.


We, together with the trustee, are of the opinion that the aforementioned amendments made via the Fourth Supplemental Deed would not materially prejudice the interests of the members.
