Dear Valued Investors,

We wish to inform you that we will commence the termination of the Fund without a special resolution, as permitted by the deed and disclosed in the First Supplemental Master Prospectus dated 29 September 2023 (read together with Master Prospectus dated 2 July 2017).

After consulting with the trustee of the Fund, we have deemed that the Fund is no longer able to achieve its investment objectives effectively and sustainably. It is our collective view that terminating the Fund is in the best interest of unit holders, considering factors such as the Fund’s size, its historical performance, and the fees incurred for maintaining the Fund.

Please take note on the following important details:

Please be reminded that no redemption applications will be accepted after 4:00 p.m. on the final date for redemption, as indicated in the table above. Any remaining units will be liquidated, and separate communication will be provided to the concerned parties with the relevant information. Furthermore, transferring of your unit holdings will not be permitted from the date of this letter onward. Any costs relating to the termination shall be borne by us.
