Putting a stop to front-running.
Kenanga Investors’ Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr Ismitz Matthew De Alwis was featured in a recent article titled ‘Putting a stop to front-running’ by Focus Malaysia. The article explains that the practice of front-running has become increasingly difficult to trace and highlights the viewpoints of several industry players on the matter. From KIB’s perspective, Mr Ismitz reveals that investment decisions made by the company’s investment team are fully guided by stringent guidelines comprising both regulatory and internal policies.
