Press Release: MARC affirms IMR-2 rating on KIB and KIIB for 4th consecutive year
Kenanga Investors Berhad (KIB) and Kenanga Islamic Investors Berhad (KIIB) have been affirmed investment manager ratings (IMR) of IMR-2 by the Malaysian Rating Corporation Berhad (MARC) for the 4th consecutive year. The IMR rating reflects KIB’s well-established investment processes, sound risk management practices and strong operating track record as well as KIIB’s significant integration with KIB through shared resources and infrastructure. MARC also highlighted that KIB’s average one-year, three-year and five-year annualised returns for its top 20 largest unit trust funds outperformed its benchmarks in 2019.
