The Personal Data Protection Act 2010 came into force on 15 November 2013. The Act regulates, among others, the processing and the usage of personal data in commercial transactions.

It is our top priority to keep your personal data secure, including personal data and information previously provided by you or will be provided by you in the future in your application of our unit trust funds, Actively Managed Portfolio service and/or our private retirement scheme i.e. OnePRS Scheme and any other services with us. The attached Privacy Policy seeks to outline how we intend to deliver the protection you are entitled to and will help you understand how we handle your personal data that we collect.
