We write to inform you of the significant changes made in relation to the following funds:

Kenanga IncomeEXTRA Fund, Kenanga EquityEXTRA Fund, Kenanga BondEXTRA Fund, Kenanga MoneyEXTRA Fund, Kenanga DividendEXTRA Fund, Kenanga TacticalEXTRA Fund, Kenanga Consumer and Leisure Asia Fund, Kenanga Liquidity Fund, Kenanga Global Growth Fund, Kenanga SyariahEXTRA Fund, Kenanga Amanah Saham Wanita and Kenanga ASnitaBOND Fund (collectively, the “Funds”).

The significant changes to the Funds will take effect on 15 September 2023 and would involve changes to the redemption proceeds pay-out period and the asset allocation of Kenanga EquityEXTRA Fund, as well as the inclusion of suspension of repurchase risk, liquidity risk management policy and the suspension of dealing in units. The details of these significant changes can be obtained from our website at www.kenangainvestors.com.my/announcement from 25 August 2023 onwards.

These changes will be reflected in the Third Supplemental Master Prospectus, which has been registered with the Securities Commission Malaysia on 8 August 2023.

You should read and understand the Third Supplemental Master Prospectus which you can obtain from our website at www.kenangainvestors.com.my from 15 September 2023 onwards.
