We write to inform you of the significant changes made in relation to the Kenanga Global Dividend Fund and Kenanga Global Opportunities Fund (collectively, the “Funds”).

The significant changes to the Funds will take effect on 29 September 2023 and would involve updates to the information of the target funds, the management company and investment manager of the target funds pursuant to the issuance of the target fund’s prospectus dated 6 March 2023, and changes to the redemption proceeds pay-out period. Additional disclosures have also been made in the First SMP pertaining to the suspension of redemption risk, as well as the inclusion of the liquidity risk management policy and the suspension of dealing in units. 

These changes are reflected in the First SMP, which has been registered with the Securities Commission Malaysia on 30 August 2023. 

You should read and understand the First SMP which you can obtain from our website at www.kenangainvestors.com.my from 29 September 2023 onwards.
